The winds of Current are whispering, and they all say the same thing: “Why is Jukimo selling reps like he’s dodging a collector from the Syndicate?”
Earlier this week, Chunin-level shinobi Jukimo publicly listed 3 stacks of reps — at 725k each. That’s below market, below logic, and possibly below moral chakra. When asked why, Jukimo claimed he’s just “saving for gear and Jounin jutsu.” Innocent enough… until you remember that no one in Seichi has ever sold anything at a loss unless a masked man with a cursed koi fish was waiting outside their house.
Sources close to the situation — mostly drunk — suggest Jukimo may be entangled with the Five Fingers of Fujin, a semi-imaginary black market guild specializing in elemental tax evasion and haunted gear resale (Totally not related to Amedot)
. One informant, who requested to remain anonymous but was wearing a “Rep Daddy” headband, hinted: “This isn’t just gear money. This is karma laundering.”
Economists in Tsukimori have issued a warning: if prices keep plummeting, “we’ll be using dumplings as currency again.”
For now, Jukimo remains at large… and still selling.
If you see a great deal on reps, ask yourself:
Is it opportunity…
Or repentance?
